I wonder how much of a price increase a MUTO head would cause.

But definitely a small side portion of a building, where you can still make out the windows on it. Something like this building on the right, but laying down instead of still being upright:

Well I don't mean skyscrapers the height of Godzilla or anything. Just some average-sized buildings that, though damaged, are for the most part intact. I think that would have really added to the overall statue.

But perhaps that's heading more into diorama territory.
