The Buffy and Angel lines have been retired, hence the banners. The LotR line is still in production, albeit at a slow pace, so really no need for a campaign to bring the line back.

Yet. :)

Ahem.... POTA? :monkey3

Only in as much as Buffy/Angel/Firefly characters are all from Whedonville.
I consider them to be, as Whedonville is defined as "that whole wide 'verse that pertains to Buffy, Angel and beyond..."

If you're using Firefox as your browser you can right click on the banner you want and copy the link location. Go to your 'User CP" and paste the location into your 'Edit Sig', and don't forget to save the change.

I've noticed that some folks have linked to the banners from my ImageShack account.

That's cool, but if I inadvertently delete the file(s), all the banner's go "poof!" and are replaced by an ImageShack placeholder.

Best way to go (and as a safeguard against my stupidity):

• Download the banner(s) of your choice to your desktop or hard drive.

• Upload the banner to a free image hosting site such as ImageShack or PhotoBucket. Once the banner is uploaded, copy the image code generated for the banner.

• Log-in to the Sideshow Freaks board and click "User CP" in main navigation bar, located directly under the Sideshow Freaks header.

• Under "Control Panel" click "Edit Sig."

• Paste the banner's image code into the "Edit Signature" pane.

• Click "Preview Signature" to test the sig banner.

• If all is good, click "Save Signature" to attach the banner.

Photobucket also has a feature for uploading images directly into your account/album from other web locations, without even having to save the file to your hard drive. Not sure whether ImageShack has anything similar.

Yeah you can do the same with Image shack, just click URL when uploading an image and paste the URL.

Hello friends, right you are! And now, a message to the Powers That Be at SIDESHOW: First of all, thank you so much for all the great figures that you have created and offered us through the years. One character that desperately requires the sideshow treatment is one of the most spectacular, hunting and unforgettable ever: ILLYRIA. If you build her with the attention to detail that she deserves, rest assured that you'll have in your hands a sure thing. I'll be taking a 12" action figure and a premium statue like your seven of nine. Gracias amigos!:chew :chew :chew :chew

An Illyria, in any Sideshow form would be a gift from Heaven.

I hate to beat a dead horse (or a dead 12" line) but I just finished watching the final season of Angel for the third time, and I wanted to look up Gary Grubbs (Mr. Burkle) on the IMDb to see what else he has been in. Well, I noticed when I looked up the Angel TV series that IMDb lists the all the actors of the series in order of HOW MANY episodes each actor was in.

Here's a partial list:

David Boreanaz ... Angel / ... (111 episodes, 1999-2004)
Alexis Denisof ... Wesley Wyndam-Pryce (100 episodes, 1999-2004)
J. August Richards ... Charles Gunn (91 episodes, 2000-2004)
Charisma Carpenter ... Cordelia Chase (90 episodes, 1999-2004)
Andy Hallett ... Lorne (76 episodes, 2000-2004)
Amy Acker ... Winifred "Fred" Burkle / ... (70 episodes, 2001-2004)
Stephanie Romanov ... Lilah Morgan (35 episodes, 2000-2003)
Vincent Kartheiser ... Connor (28 episodes, 2002-2004)
James Marsters ... Spike (24 episodes, 1999-2004)
Christian Kane ... Lindsey McDonald (21 episodes, 1999-2004)
Julie Benz ... Darla (20 episodes, 2000-2004)
Mercedes McNab ... Harmony Kendall (18 episodes, 2001-2004)
Elisabeth Röhm ... Detective Kate Lockley (15 episodes, 1999-2001)
Daniel Dae Kim ... Gavin Park (12 episodes, 2001-2003)
Glenn Quinn ... Allen Doyle (11 episodes, 1999)
Keith Szarabajka ... Daniel Holtz (11 episodes, 2001-2002)
Sarah Thompson ... Eve (10 episodes, 2003-2004)
Mark Lutz ... The Groosalugg (9 episodes, 2001-2002)
Laurel Holloman ... Justine Cooper (8 episodes, 2001-2002)
Jack Conley ... Sahjhan (8 episodes, 2001-2004)
Vladimir Kulich ... The Beast (8 episodes, 2002-2003)
Sam Anderson ... Holland Manners (8 episodes, 2000-2001)
Jonathan M. Woodward ... Knox (7 episodes, 2003-2004)
Juliet Landau ... Drusilla (7 episodes, 2000-2004)
Eliza Dushku ... Faith (6 episodes, 2000-2003)
Matthew James ... Merl (6 episodes, 2000-2001)
Gina Torres ... Jasmine (5 episodes, 2003)
Adam Baldwin ... Marcus Hamilton (5 episodes, 2004)
David Denman ... Skip (4 episodes, 2001-2003)
Brigid Brannagh ... Virginia Bryce (4 episodes, 2000-2001)
Alexa Davalos ... Gwen Raiden (3 episodes, 2002-2003)
Carey Cannon ... Female Oracle (3 episodes, 1999-2000)
Randall Slavin ... Male Oracle (3 episodes, 1999-2000)
Sarah Michelle Gellar ... Buffy Summers (3 episodes, 1999-2000)
Alyson Hannigan ... Willow Rosenberg (3 episodes, 2001-2003)
Leland Crooke ... Archduke Sebassis (3 episodes, 2003-2004)
Dennis Christopher ... Cyvus Vail (3 episodes, 2004)

Well, according to this list, Wesley should have been the second figure that Sideshow produced! HE WAS IN 100 EPISODES!!! :monkey4 :monkey4 :monkey4

Instead we get number #4 and #5. :monkey2 :monkey2 :monkey2

Not that there is anything wrong with getting Cordelia and Lorne... I love those characters as well as the Sideshow figures of them.:D

It's just food for thought. :monkey3 :monkey3 :monkey3

Of that list you posted Protozaius, this would be my desired Angel collection:
David Boreanaz ... Angel / ... (111 episodes, 1999-2004)
Alexis Denisof ... Wesley Wyndam-Pryce (100 episodes, 1999-2004)
J. August Richards ... Charles Gunn (91 episodes, 2000-2004)
Charisma Carpenter ... Cordelia Chase (90 episodes, 1999-2004)
Andy Hallett ... Lorne (76 episodes, 2000-2004)
Amy Acker ... Winifred "Fred" Burkle / Illyria ... (70 episodes, 2001-2004)
Stephanie Romanov ... Lilah Morgan (35 episodes, 2000-2003)
James Marsters ... Spike (24 episodes, 1999-2004)
Christian Kane ... Lindsey McDonald (21 episodes, 1999-2004)
Julie Benz ... Darla (20 episodes, 2000-2004)
Mercedes McNab ... Harmony Kendall (18 episodes, 2001-2004)
Elisabeth Röhm ... Detective Kate Lockley (15 episodes, 1999-2001)
Daniel Dae Kim ... Gavin Park (12 episodes, 2001-2003)
Glenn Quinn ... Allen Doyle (11 episodes, 1999)
Keith Szarabajka ... Daniel Holtz (11 episodes, 2001-2002)
Sarah Thompson ... Eve (10 episodes, 2003-2004)
Laurel Holloman ... Justine Cooper (8 episodes, 2001-2002)
Jack Conley ... Sahjhan (8 episodes, 2001-2004)
Vladimir Kulich ... The Beast (8 episodes, 2002-2003)
Juliet Landau ... Drusilla (7 episodes, 2000-2004)
Eliza Dushku ... Faith (6 episodes, 2000-2003)
Matthew James ... Merl (6 episodes, 2000-2001)
Gina Torres ... Jasmine (5 episodes, 2003)
Adam Baldwin ... Marcus Hamilton (5 episodes, 2004)
David Denman ... Skip (4 episodes, 2001-2003)

I added Illyria
To that list I'd also add:
Cyvus Vail
Archduke Sebassis and slave

Without the stats we knew wes was intrinsic to both Angel and Buffy and was an amazing character in terms of development. However, what Sideshow considet to be core characters: D'Hoffryn???? Der Kinderstodt? and what we, the fans, consider to be key, are very, very different things!

I guess you have to look at it, or try to look at it from Sideshow's point of view which is which characters will sell well enough? Proven fact that demons are appealing and so far all have sold well. To me a Wesley figure just isn't one of those figures that would sell well because he's not all that appealing. Cordelia was a more important character in Angel than Wesley were and is more appealing. I hated Wesley Buffy and wasn't so kean on him in Angel. We need to find out exactly how many fo us want a Wesley figure, Fred or Gunn

This had to be done as well:

Emma Caulfield --> Anya/Anyanka (85 episodes)
Michelle Trachtenberg --> Dawn (66 episodes)
Kristine Sutherland --> Joyce (58 episodes)
Amber Benson --> Tara (46 episodes)
Marc Blucas --> Riley (31 episodes)
Danny Strong --> Jonathan (29 episodes)
Tom Lenk --> Andrew (27 episodes)
Armin Shimerman --> Principal Snyder (19 episodes)
Mercedes McNab --> Harmony (16 episodes)
Adam Busch --> Warren (16 episodes)
Robia LaMorte --> Jenny Calendar (14 episodes)
Charlie Weber --> Ben (14 episodes)
Harry Groener --> Mayor Wilkins (14 episodes)
D.B. Woodside --> Robin Wood (14 episodes)
Clare Kramer --> Glory (13 episodes)
Alexis Denisof --> Wesley (9 episodes)
George Hertzberg --> Adam (9 episodes)
Elizabeth Anne Allen --> Amy (8 episodes)
James Charles Leary - Clem (8 episodes)
Camden Toy --> Ubervamp (6 episodes)
Nathan Fillion --> Caleb (5 episodes)
Robin Sachs --> Ethan Rayne (4 episodes)
Bianca Lawson --> Kendra (3 episodes)

I didn't include all the potential slayers even though they constitute the most important arc in the final season. There are characters that have only been 6 episodes (Darla), 4 (D'Hoffryn) or even 1 (Gentlemen, Der Kindestod) and got their Sideshow 1:6 replica. So why on Earth we didn't get our Anya or Tara? Or big bads such as M. Wilkins, Glory or Caleb (which would make awesome figures, especially Caleb). Or a slayer, Kendra. It just doesn't make any sense.

I only included the characters that haven't been made into 12 inch figures. Feel free to add characters if you like.
