I had a quick question about sealing beard stubble that was applied with pastel chalk.

If I were to seal it with Laquer dullcote like testers, will it ruin the stubble as in make it disappear, etc? Or will it be fine.

Just finishing up a repaint and needed some pointers on how best to seal it. I've always used testers, but I'm worried the stubble will get ruined once I'm ready to seal it.

Thanks in advance!

Dullcoat works fine with the ones I've done

Very cool! Thanks again!

I ended up testing it with the Testers as that's all I have at this time. And I'm not really a fan of acrylic sealer as from my experience it doesn't really end up matte. More like a semi gloss finish.

Here are some photos!

Dullcoat works the best. If it comes out a bit shiny then you are applying it too thick. Multiple light misting coats for best results.
