What is the buzz on the price point of these 1:2 statues?

Well, sideshow sell their 1/2 scale stuff for 2k. And the 1/3 prime 1's are about $900, so most probably this 1/2 scale line will be $1800-2k.
Sideshow like to keep the prices equal to their own products price tag - as we saw already with the Hot Toys 1:1 Batman priced at 8k, which is in line with other sideshow lifesize stuff.
I hope I'm wrong! ...but I was spot on with my prediction of the Hot Toys 1:1 being 8k.
In preparation, I'm saving my pennies for a Bale 1:2 scale. I justify it by telling myself it's only about 4 Premium Format figures, or 6-8 Hot Toys, give or take
