Understand what you're saying but apparently pcs themselves have said all criticism is welcome and they will endeavour to fix any issues highlighted by fans.
If these issues weren't brought to their attention they may very well have missed them.

An outsider looking in can see things the professionals might miss.

I think everyone wants a product that fulfills its true potential at the end of the day.

Well put. All the criticism is what will give this statue a chance at turning out great. No matter how you look at it, the head sculpt was just off. Not just the likeness, but the overall head shape was totally incorrect. It's like having a Batman statue with a distorted cowl/head, and saying it's acceptable because the body is okay.

PCS has replied themselves, indicating that they would make improvements to the headsculpt.

Are they the type of company that would make corrections to their work if they know they already did a good job on it, just to satisfy their customers?
Most likely not. Therefor, by openly stating that they will make improvements, they are also saying that it is not to their standards of quality either.

Eh he straight up said that it was a rush job and the headsculpt would have been tweaked regardless so it really had nothing to do with what the fans said. There is absolutely nothing PCS does better than other companies :lol

I was simply supporting the fact that this piece is horrible in it's current state, despite what some here think. :lol

As most have noticed, the Wondercon pictures have the helmet visor quite far from the mouth but if you go to popcultureshocks website https://www.popcultureshocktoys.com/2014/02/robocop/ the preview pic shows
the visor as close to the mouth more to the movie poster (below) likeness.

Picture from popcultureshocktoys website (visor close to mouth):

The below photo from robocop shows the visor far from the mouth so which one is correct, far from the mouth or close to it?

Well the correct way is so it doesn't look like jim carey's impersonation of kevin bacon's nose is showing underneath

The shape/positioning could be down to the fact that they either used different shaped helmets or maybe an actor double. I guess as the majority of the face is covered its easy to actually get someone else in the suit and pretend it's Weller.

Well, with this piece, we have to pretend it's Weller too!
