Or was that scene with Beckett walking down the deck of the exploding flagship at the end high art? Jack was all the sudden a superhero capable of literally defying death and doing superhuman things like swordfighting and holding a heavy chest on a wet top sail mast that was rocking back and forth in a hurricane. 
Made nuking the fridge look pretty realistic.
