I'm looking to buy a Canon Rebel t3i, and figured the price Amazon had it would be the best I'd do, barring any sort of sale (which I'm doubting, until another model is announced).

While looking on eBay, a good handful of reputable sellers has it for $750 shipped. It includes the standard kit lens, since my first thought for the price difference was no lens.

Normally, I'd go the safe route and buy through Amazon, Best Buy, or something like that, rather than eBay for a big purchase. But a $100 difference is tough to turn down (plus over $15 in eBay bucks).

Is there a reason these sellers could sell this for so much cheaper? I can't imagine they're stolen, or anything else that's shady, since it's a high-profile item.

Great shots everyone!

There was a fire in the Cajon Pass, yesterday. I got stuck in the traffic on my way home from work. I got bored and started taking some pictures and I was hoping to get the firfighters in action alittle farther up the freeway from this area.

But my camera's battery died.

I was mad as hell when I realized that I had not set my camera on a higher resolution for this shot.

I still like it, though.

Thanks...yeah I have been considering flaming myself in the thread for it.:)

Edit - By the way...those helicopters can really make the most of the water they carry.

tys1977...Man! You get great shots of those jets! My son is a big military aircraft freak and he loves them too!

Took a lot of new shots over the last few weeks.

Here are some from the Melatener Cemetery here in Cologne:

These were taken in a nature park in "Bergisches Land". If you know the movie, this is the same region where Antichrist was filmed.

And some shots of the "Kölner Dom", the Cologne Cathedral, and some rocks at the shore of the Rhine.
