I believe the preview pics are the BD (which is the default preference). I'm actually leaning toward the BD.

Didn't even realize that was Battle Damaged?
A few scuffs and some black added on the exhaust.
It's pretty subtle. I think I will go with that.
Plus if it arrives with any Real Damage, I can always say it's part of the Battle Damage.

Actually when he gave out the last number I tried the trick and it matched up with what should have been left, so yea, it is accurate.
