I was lucky enough to find him from Amok Time through Amazon's Marketplace. Got him a couple days ago and he's awesome.

Also check the boards... I've seen him for sale a few times at or a bit below retail. He's one I'd like to get if space wasn't an issue... but for now just Yoda and Vader (once he arrives).
