When ever I start to lose hope or doubt Neca will release 1/4 Avengers Hulk .I gaze upon these and continue the hope that Neca's team will astound us and deliver the most heroic monster in the Marvel universe. So, if Neca decide not to do a Hulk figure, what do you do? Settle for 3 Avengers, or look elsewhere for a Hulk? I saw this is a Mall in Bangkok and was fairly impressed with it. It was a full 24 inches in height. It was sealed so I wasn't able to determine if it was posable or not. I would think not, to be honest. It was incredibly heavy too. I imagine for balance purposes, he is standing on a mound type setting. Not sure if you'd be stuck with that or not. To answer my own question, I wouldn't hesitate to have this along with the Neca Avengers, but clearly would prefer the full set from Neca. So, if no Hulk, settle for 3 or have a non Neca to complete your collection?

How much is that thing in US $? Because if it was close to NECA in price it would be a great piece to have regardless.

Sorry, I should of course have mentioned the price. I did ask, and was told 7000 baht which is approx. US 212 or UK 130. That was not the fixed price of course. If that was the starting cost, I would imagine you would end up paying in the region of US 180 or UK 105. Such is doing business in Thailand. The cost to mail such a large and heavy item would be considerable however. I did ask the manufacturer, but either the store owner did not know, or simply didn't want to tell me. That was the 1st time I have seen it, and it was only in one shop in one Mall. I'll keep my eye open in various other stores and keep you informed. Again, I was impressed and would certainly have it in my collection.

Thanks for that link. It certainly does look very similar. As you suggest, it could well be a recast or, it could also be factory over-run stock. One way or another, I'm regretting walking away from it. I live a few hours away from Bangkok and as I have just returned, hadn't really planned to revisit over the next few weeks. I may reconsider however, as I hear a calling.....

Got my NECA 1/4 THOR yesterday. I dislike the shining on the cape so I restitched the cape & used the matt surface. I also re-glued the hair too.

Now it's a battle damaged Captain America. What next before a Hulk announcement? A mildly fatigued Thor? Perhaps an Ironman in need of a quick break figure? Hulk. Yes or No already.
