I'm glad to hear reports of 20 or so Batmans at store, last year's figures came in like half a dozen at a time. It may be tough to find initially but eventually they can be tracked, just means patience. I can still get West Batman at my local TRUs.
These aren't going to be hard to find at all.
Toys R Us stores around here are still getting new "found" stock of Keaton, Ledger and Reeve. The Toys R Us in Cranberry sold out of Keaton multiple times (I consider "sold out" being the point where they're not on the shelves and employees pull the sticker tag off the rack), only to get 8 more in a new shelf space. This has been happening consistently since around May. These are clearly new batches circulating at these stores, you can tell by the number on the back of the box. There was an all new case revision of just Ledger and Reeve around the same time Keaton popped back up around Spring.
I'm sure Bale and Harley will be available throughout next year, and perhaps 2018 as well if Keaton is any indication.
Makes me wonder what the deal is here. Randy has sworn up and down that they don't have the rights to do 7" figures due to Mattel. First the only way to get Keaton in 7" form was the video game colors loop hole. Then a couple of months later it was a bonus anniversary diamond blu ray, online only loophole. Then it showed up at at Toys R Us as a regular blu ray promotion item. Then in 2015, Ledger, West and Reeve were available only through a weird DVD special.
Once all 4 figures sold out though, the blu rays and dvds were taken out with the displays removed, somehow new batches of the figures were still allowed to ship out to the stores readily without any loopholes at all, thus negating what NECA claimed they couldn't do. Now finally we have Bale and Harley at a retail store sans a loophole or a bonus promo being sold alongside Mattel and Bandai product. What's the deal? How come Mattel isn't pissed about the conctract deal? How was NECA able to do this, and, can they produce any DC/WB 7" figure they want to sell at Toys R Us? Certainly seems that way to me considering I can walk into a Toys R Us store and pick up Keaton, Ledger, West, Reeve, Bale and Harley, right now, for $19.99 - $24.99 without a blu ray, DVD or promo display, effectively negating any notion of a loophole only offering.
