What are people doing for the hands?

I just bought a Buffy "Master" figure and used the whole body. Painted the hands to match the head, kept the pants and goose stepper boots. Ive got a shroud/cape on the way. Had to crazy glue the head into the shoulder pivot. So no head turning for my Barlow.

What did you use to outfit yours? Looks like a Dooku cape, but what's the rest of the outfit look like?

He's wearing Hasbro Dooku's outfit with Vader's cape. I tried putting on the outfit from the extra Bela the Gypsy but it doesn't look right so I'm making my own version of robes that match that sculpture thingy.
