Luke Skywalker: Jedi Knight - Image Thread

A pro body works really well for this piece.

I decided to try this as I've got two Jedi Lukes. I've left my Jabba's throne room visitor Luke on the Buck (with the monkeyesque arms covered by his robe) and I put my Death Star II Luke on a pro (I've got a headless German Indy that I was going to turn into a regular Nazi soldier-- and I'll still do that but I'll just use a Buck).

Here's the slight adjustments-- boots (German Indy), black gloved hand from Cobra officer, force hand from Storm Shadow, everything else Jedi Luke.

Hope those pics help anyone who was thinking of doing something similar.

I like the Storm Shadow hand! Might change mine out too.... I have a pair of DID boots on mine, Neil. It really helps round out the figure. To put feet on a pro body, without having to spend way too much for parted out Cobra Commander feet, I popped off a pair of buck feet and put those on the pro ankle joints. I've heard a few people say that heating the feet works well to get them on the peg but I've just dremmeled out the buck feet holes a but and it worked.

I really need to swap my Jedi Luke onto a Pro. After swapping the Bespin version I couldn't believe how much better it looked. The Jedi version definitely does have the best likeness.

Here is my jedi luke on a tt slim... just another body option to consider... I think this body works great for him..

I did the water treatment on mine a while back and the suit sits much nicer. (no need for a new body, sans the monkey arms)

You'd have better luck with the Hasbro one.

Not yet-- but if you want him to ressemble the Flintstones' The Great Gazoo you could always just pose him with the Hasbro one.

lol the hasbro one is crap as seen in the pic there.

the SSC seems like a decent match, it just takes cutting most of Luke's hair off. i've already started working on a princess leia using the extra sculpt from the Boussh, she also needs the hair cut off for it to work.

I don't have an extra Luke head to risk. i might try casting an extra to try it. but i think it'll work.

Just my opinion. At some angles, that hasbro head looks fantastic, at others...... not so much.
