so is this Live cashback the same as Bing cashback? because everything i'm seeing under Live is at 0%. but if ya check Bing they have the stores listed individually and w/ different % back for each. and eBay is at 8%

Anyone have experience with the BillMeLater payment option? seems to currently offer a discount of 10%, though it is not cashback, and has deferred payments so somewhat dangerous.
