strange. My ebay said 8%, even told me what I was going to be getting back, I finished the transaction and it is not showing up in my live account. Anyone know if there is any recourse for this? Can I contact anyone to get it fixed?

Yeah, I tried using it a few days ago and nothing.

glad i was able to use it for a large purchase a few weeks ago, it sucks that it never goes over 8% anymore though, i miss the days of 20%
