For those who have Neytiri please post a photo of the top of the head. I want to see if others have the same gap issue mine does. First response from SS was that all replacemeants look like mine.

Yeah mine is not as open, there seems to be two prices put together , but mine was put together pretty good , plus the flash brings everything out even more when in reality with the naked eye you do not see it

Heard from Sideshow. Sending it back for a replacement

Anyone else have an issue with the colour of the right hand? I noticed a couple of people mentioned they thought it was too dark but it sounded like they were ok with this? For $1600 this was not ok with me and I ask for a replacement. I was told they are out of the initial release and it would be 45 days until more are available. That was a few weeks ago.

I ended up getting a refund. When I sent it back to Sideshow, I received some photos of the "replacement" for my approval. As you can see, it was just my returned Neytiri filed down, puttied and painted. If I knew they were going to to do that, I would have done it myself and this was a hack job. They didn't offer a factory fresh replacement (probably didn't have any). So refund was my only option. Sad to let this statue go. Oh well. Time to move on.

Well, I got her home. Everything looks great. I'm actually happy with the paint app on this piece. She looks pretty good up close. I didn't get my hopes up because I was expecting the worse, but I was actually surprised. No "major" issues outside of the bulbs in the base lighting up to an almost white glow instead of blue. I don't know what's going on there, but theirs one in partial that defiantly whiter than the others. I'm gonna try to get replacements for those. Also, like everyone already knows the the bow in her back is a pain to have stay in place in her hand. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

Warning: lifting this heavy box will cause you to fart lighting.
