I was finally able to get this piece after procrastinating for far too long. I'm very happy with her.

I don't think this piece gets enough credit. It's really well done. The only thing I think is off about it is the amount of pink on her lips. In the movie, they don't start getting pink until it's closer to her mouth. It's a gradual fade from her skin color to pink. I know the maquette was made before they finalized her movie look, but still I'd like to have it as accurate as possible. In the future, if I'm feeling brave I may try to feather the blue into the pink, but for now and overall I love this piece.

She's great, I'm finally going to get mine on display soon. I hate the damn line around the lips and nose though. What were they thinking?

Yea, that's really the only thing I want to get rid of, the line and overly pinkish on the lips and nose.

It's a shame no one made statues of the animals in Avatar. There were some really great designs.
