Lager Toys 1:1 Captain America Shield

Their shield are really nice actually. I wanted the battle damaged one but the only way to get is by sending payment through bank transfer, which I find to risky. If they accepted PayPal I would bite. Check their FB... it's a nice shield.

O.K., I just went banannas. After pre-ordering my eFx shield I saw these. I just got in contact with them and will be ordering 1 Regular shield, 1 Battle damaged shield, and 1 more Thor hammer. Once I get this and the eFx ones in hand I'll be comparing the 2 and I will sell the one I like less on eBay. From pics along I think I prefer the lager one but will wait till I get this in hand so I can really compare.

Good for you, man. I think these are actually the best shields out there right now. You probably saw this picture, right. Amazing set up:

$699 regular $739 for battle damaged. I'm not sure if they are officially licensed, but I don't care. I think they are the best looking shields on the market right now....IMO. And their customers seem to love them. I'm getting the eFx one in April I'll do a comparison once I have both in hand.

I hope they come with the wall brackets shown in that pic. I'll have to ask him that tomorrow.

Look how vibrant and clean the paints are. I know they might not be exactly movie accurate but they are so pleasing to my eye.....and kinda make the eFx one I ordered look dull and lifeless....IMHO. Some might find the shades a bit dark, but I love the colors choosen.

I like the eFx one, but man, I STILL want to see what King Arts is going to do. Where is that thing?!?

I like the King Arts too, but cheapest I can find it on eBay is over $1000. I think this looks just as good or better. I do like the KA wall mount thingie though, but I could probably build something similar.

I liked the wall mount for KA in the prototype pics, but in the ACTUAL pics, it kinda looked cheap to me. : / And I REALLY wanted to like it.

I do kinda like the simplicity of the Lager one if that actually comes with it. Looks like something Captain America would actually put his shield on when not in use. I think I'm gonna install some LEDs behind each shield to get a cool glow effect around them, and make them pop.
