The trailer showed the tactical suit and the standard suit. Nothing has shown anything resembling this kind of suit which isn't really surprising since they've been keeping Superman out of the trailers etc, despite being the worst kept secret in the DCEU.

Realistically all of you are probably right, it's probably just promotional material, although you could make an argument that he starts in the standard suit, goes tactical for the fight and ends up in this suit leading into the next JL movie sort of the way Marvel treats the Iron Man suits and switches but I'm sure if this is an actual suit we'll see merchandise promoting it soon enough but from what it seems like the only figure that'll see this color scheme will probably be the smaller weird color variants that are always warming shelves
