JLA Classified Classic [series 4]

Hi Guys,

You know the line started in 2009 with series 1 and stopped by series 3 in 2010.

I have 5 figures outta the main 7 JLA founders (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Green Lantern). I just dislike the longhair version they did of Aquaman! I wish they have made it like the one from JLA Classified line.

So, do you think there will be series 4 soon, with a short hair Aquaman and Martian Manhunter stylized to match the Classic line? Or should I give up and go buy that beardy pirate and get Martian Manhunter from the JLA Classified line?

I think there is no chance of seeing another line. They just entirely restructured DC Direct and plus the reboot on top of that. You would be lucky to see anything from the old DCU.

When it comes to JLA figures, I think they're only focusing on the New 52 styles right now anyway.

OK, I have no problem to add Martian Manhunter from the JLA Classified line to the five JLA Classified Classic figures I have...but what do you think, my friends, would Aquaman from JLA Classified look good with the JLA Classified Classic figures or should I get the one with the longhair & beard?

Well, already ordered the longhair Aquaman from eBay I don't like it as I prefer the original look of him, but just bought it to complete the line of the 7 JLA founders.

I never cared for '90s style Aquaman. Would have went for the more classic version myself, were I you.

You are right, but the paint job is different in way that makes JLA.C.C. looks cartoonish while JLA.C. is more of a serious image!

I find the colors of JLA.C. Aquaman a lil' bit dark for the JLA.C.C. Am I right?

Anyway, my JLA.C.C. Aquaman just arrived this morning. Now, I am gonna get Martian Manhunter from the JLA.C. line.
Perhaps, later, I will get the classic Aquaman figure and see if I am gonna welcome it among the other JLA.C.C figures or what!

I used to have that MM and is is truly awesome. Just the size of him alone is freaking cool. Hawkman too but I think we was from the Public Enemies line

regardless of the paintjob, the source material these figures are based off of are cartoonish

JLA Classified [series 1] - Martian Manhunter

I received my JLA Classic Martian Manhunter figure today and I have a question: why is that thing on his throat that holds his cape is black with my figure while it's gold or yellow with other figures I see online?

I painted it in gold, but I hope the paint dries fast cuz it's taking 2 days till now as it's made of rubber yuck!
