MS gives u cash back on certain items from eBay on BIN auctions.
Use the live.com engine search in order to find cashback items on eBay, it will then bring u the auction with the #% cashback percentage on the item with the BIN price.
3-6 months later they refund ur paypal account.

But has anyone figured out what qualifies for instant cash back and what qualifies for the wait period? I think I've received an instant cash back transaction maybe once.
I heard someone mention it comes down to if the sellers accept returns or not. If the seller does not accept returns (or at least has it stated that way) then it's instant. My guess is that Live/paypal wants to make sure you have truly kept the item before they fork over the rebate.
But again, Im not sure how accurate that is...
