Yes, you can find it in Sideshows archive. It was limited to 1,250 pieces but I'm unsure of its release date.

Not really no, I find he really needs the base. Without it he topples over a lot.

Nice, keep it mint, the average Hot Toys box averages 14'' in height and 9'' width and 6'' depth. Box sizes vary. Not sure about this one actually sorry

The average is usually for a 12" figure, since this guy is 13.5", you could expect the box to be around 15"H
