Ummm...looks like the hat is on sideways. 
It's definitely not on correctly. You need to turn the hat some to get it on his head correctly. The Sideshow head sculpt from Trevor Grove looks awesome as usual. Looks like your Indy needs his belts, holster and pistol, and his shoulder bag. That's not the Sideshow Indy leather jacket or bullwhip. But, it's looking good so far. Check out www.toyanxiety.com to get the parts you need to finish him.
