Re: iDude's Customs - Dios and figures IRON MAN MARK I CAVE DIO ADDED!

The Walking Dead Daryl Dixon (Season 3)

As well as Rick, I am working on a Daryl figure too.

The body is on the way. I will be using a ACI "Medium built" body for him.

I picked up a tank for an earlier season look in case I want to switch from the season 3 look.

Also, I have been working on his pants. Based on this screen cap, they are very very dark brown, almost black IMO. He has two holes in the knees, a small one over his right knee and a giant one over his left.

This is what I have so far.

Shirt is looking really good, was that a Dexter head sculpt in the background of one of your pictures?

Yes it was. I was waiting to show him because he is just about done. It's a Trevor sculpt.

That's odd, it looks very dirty.

I don't know why but oh well. I am planning on whether it this weekend when I have some time away from the dios I am building.

Also, I forgot to add these to the Mark I Cave dio. I installed magnets so that the top is removable for moving purposes.

Thanks! I used Vaseline. I read on a costumer's website about distressing movie costumes that this is what she used.

Be careful with vaseline :lol
Seriously I don't think for an 1/6 figure that is a good idea.
Personnaly I used gloss varnish.

Thanks for the tip. I had no idea. I just read that it could be used. I will go look for some gloss varnish this week. Is this what is used to make wood shiny?
