HT Lee body busted shoulder fix?

Just bought a casual suit HT Lee body with a busted shoulder--the socket has shattered inside the thorax. Wondering if these are available as a replacement? Been messing with a neck that seems to have the same size ball socket, might have to split that to somehow cobble up a repair. The rubber torso has come off easily enough and there are screws to separate the halves.
Anyone else had this, and what did they do with it?

BTW--the neck socket has cracked also...that stuff is obviously just too brittle for the job!

Can't you just cannibalize a knock off TT for repair?

Didn't they recycle the Lee body for Tonto?

You mean a TTM19 has exactly the same socket? If so I could do...but I consider buying and destroying another body to fix it extreme.
