It won't work here is a pic of mine along with the Lost Tribe 7" figs from Neca. The wall is suppose to be in scale with those figs........7" is a big difference from Hot Toy's 12" Elder.

Is there any 1/6 Trophy Wall from P2 offering out there (custom or retail)? Or maybe 3D model for printing?

I am sure someone has done a 1/6 trophy wall. HT'S has released some Trophy skulls, so it's possible someone has done it.

It would have been nice if Elder came with a “Trophy Wall” backdrop. I have tried to do what I could with what I had and limited time. So when I squint and blur my eyes I can see my wall behind Elder. See that hole on the top left. Thats a trophy skull …….Yeah!!!
