Would love to get the flex pay (FP) off the books. I know all these FP will come due at once. Defeats the purpose of staggering the FP.

That was an issue for me last year. When I PO'd figures, all the flex pays were spaced apart by months. Then delays creep up, like they always do, and all of the flex pays were dropping at the same time. Oh well.
