They always hold back just over 10% in case they have to raid them for spares for people who have received damaged ones.
So it's possible some people's orders are still showing as processing.

I got mine a couple weeks ago (had it on flex pay so I had to wait until that last payment was charged) and I like it a lot. I swapped this one out for the regular version in my Avengers display. I have Hulk standing on the Chitauri base which helps stabilize him a bit on the shelf. I'm going to put the regular MkVII in the Hall of Armors display once I get room to set it up.

I don't know if it's ok, but since I had many PMs about getting my prototype painted BD mark VII, I thought, I'd put this out there. I had such fun with the project, that I will now take on the challenge of turning a regular Mark VII into the BD mark VII. Selling this one. It's worth getting, both for pics and turnaround vids.
I did a turnaround with a MKIV and MKVII when i fist got the MKVII to highlight the differences and similarities.
