Dang, I was really hoping he would be shipped sometime in the next two weeks for two reasons:

1) To have the figure in hand (obviously )

2) Get my Reward Points becasue the toy fair exclusives should be up for pre-order in a month or so

This one does. I believe any order that SSC makes direct customers pay NRD, AE does too.

Nope. Very rare. SSC usually sells out on pre orders. Seldom does that happen.

The Tony Stark headsculpt just keeps looking better and better.

A few things of note that I took away from the review:

1) He says the waist/crotch area is hard plastic, not rubber.
2) The new head design is not atrocious as it appeared in the photos posted before. Under normal lighting you can't even see the funky post that showed up in some of the first comparison pictures posted.
3) No light up feature in the battle damaged arms? Did I hear that correctly??
4) The head sculpt looks fine in my opinion!

Nope. Very rare. SSC usually sells out on pre orders. Seldom does that happen.

Wrong. I've had many wait list items convert, and that includes several Mark Suits including 1 SDCC exclusive (Mark IV Secret Project). It all depends on how early in the wait list you joined. I even had a wait list item for a T-800 Endoskull (clean version) convert after 2 years. You just never know. Saying that it seldom happens is giving incorrect information.
