If their 1/4 predators are as bad as this I won't buy them.

Well maybe I will but I'll complain a lot more.

Don't care how much money some of you guys have; if you buy 1/4 Preds that look like the underwhelming and generic 1/6's you're crazy!:cuckoo:

We still don't know how much are they going to cost and how bad are they going to be.

Way too much exposure in those new shots. OMG will show them how it's done.
Call me crazy, but I still love it. The mandibles are my only gripe (I prefer the rough-textured bio for some reason; plus if they smooth it without doing the same to the rest of the armor it'll look awful).

But seriously, just where the hell are the knee joints? I must know what route they're taking with the legs.

Thanks for posting these. What's with the crooked net launcher? I was really hoping that once these guys got their hands on the figure, they'd take a photo of him holding it; it'd be odd if he can't, considering the one hand looks perfectly sculpted just for the net launcher.

The old one couldn't hold it either. You could remove the launcher, but that feature made it extremely loose on the shins for me.

They need to start remaking figures that deserve a second chance.
T1 police shoot out is one and Ripley, Hicks and Hudson should be redone as with their atrocious alien warrior.
I dont love this figure but I don't hate it either.
Still plenty of time to cancel lol

I expected as much. :lol

I stand by what I said earlier, though. Not going to deny myself what I consider a cool figure just because the closed mandibles look a little funky. Classic looked odd with them too (if not more so IMHO), yet he's become one of my favorite pieces. A lot of Classic owners feel this way.
It's regrettable, but even though HT continues to let little details go by the wayside, I can still see where my money's going -- which I personally can't say for any other P2 figures currently in existence.

P2's knee pads didn't have straps.

They were just glued onto the creature suit? Seems a bit wierd. If the Predator were real surely it wouldn't have armour glued onto itself. Well anyway.

Off topic question kinda - the old HT Borg Predator - I believe it came with a P2 spear and throwing disc but were these painted differently to match the Borg outfit or were they the exact same in every way as the ones that came with the actual P2?

Yea, I like the old pics better. I never noticed the strapless knee pads. I might have to bust out the dvd and check them out there.
