Was checking my glyph again tonight and it think it looks to be all right. I noticed what looks to be a bit of peeling on the left side next to where the S curves on the upper half and it had me concerned, but after feeling it, it doesn't feel raised at all nor feel like it's peeling off of the suit. For the heck of it, I checked previous pictures I had taken of this figure and noticed that it appeared to be there also even then, but I never really noticed it. This whole potential peeling issue has me really scrutinizing the glyph now for any anomalies.

You guys misunderstand, you got the throwing S-shield variant from Superman II. It's supposed to peel off.

It's the regular. Never touched mine and it was in a well maintained cabinet, in all honesty.

Seems like it. It's not like I play or pose with it or neglected to keep it away from light/moisture. It just happens. Either that or bad karma for taking a dump on BvS any chance I got.
