Exactly. One of the ZSJL/Josstice League cinematographers, Fabian Wagner, said that only about 10% of what Zack Snyder shot was in the theater release, Josstice League. That is 12 minutes of a two hour film. Whedon basically rewrote/reshot 90% of the film. The Snyder cut is 3:34 (not including credits). That's 3:22 of footage we haven't seen from Zack Snyder. Even with some exaggeration by Wagner we're probably look at easily three hours of film that we've never seen before. Starring Ben Affleck as Batman (when he was still fit, lean, sober, motivated, etc.), Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jason Mamoa as Aquaman. With Zack Snyder's action choreography and cinematography. And Junkie XL's score. Smart money is it's the last time we'll see the amazing Batfleck. Possibly the last we'll see of Cavill as Superman. We all know how popular Gadot's and Momoa's solo film series are.

Oh, one will be interested in that.

I?m really trying not to get my hopes up that the Snyder Cut will happen but ... kinda seems like it actually will. I doubt Snyder keeps offering these little teasers in order to eventually say ?sorry guys, not happening?. Then the crappy thing is ... if it?s awesome, the likelihood of a sequel seems impossible.

That's not the finished product. Looks like a 3D model.

"Some" would say it would have been a better decision both story and CGI-wise to stick with the Zach Snyder JL vision and kept him on as director for the whole project.

Instead, execs kicked out Snyder and put in Joss Wheadon to modify Justice League to an Avengers style Josstice League with a huge amount of newly shot footage, funny jokes and lighthartedness, which meant CGI had to be re-done in no time. Through this we got the excellent CGI shots above, and a really great memorable movie.....not

Luckily most of those execs are no longer at WB.

Hence the movement for something which you might have heard of #ReleasetheSnyderCut

While ZS might’ve just posted that image, who’s to say that isn’t an old image that he’s had? Many if not all the images he’s posted have been during production. That imagine could be from post-production or even used as pre-vis during production so the actors have an idea of what they’re acting against which happens a lot in moves with lots of CGI.

Good figure ! I easily prefer the brighter colours it looks like proper superman now to me.
Side by side the BvS superman looks so dark it’s crazy when you first get them in hand together
The electronics though don’t work properly when I switch off it’s still on so I’ve had to take the batteries out
