Most North American dealers who don't have it in yet will be getting it from Sideshow, so you should expect RE to get it about the time that SS ships them. I have mine ordered from CSC.

I was just checking the Toys2 website for other figures and he is still listed as available. Don't know what the stick status is, but mine should be here Monday and I ordered from them end of January I think.
