I think that's a really badly lit early promo shot, or at least I hope so.

Here's a solution to this problem: in the last interview Howard said that Batman Returns would be coming sooner than we'd think. So if we think it's coming tomorrow then it'll be put up today... right?

Just like this figure, yes.
Drax is a bizarre anomaly, a MCU figure that has disappeared off the map - collectors of those lines are getting but a taste of what fans of licenses outside of the MCU have been experiencing for a many years now. Enjoy the Silence boys. On a related note if you look at that joint Star Wars Luke&Leia thread there are many posts in the early pages with the words ''About damn time'' - and they're serious! The ridiculous pace of that line that only the wealthy will keep up with and apparently Luke and Leia were slow or something

Well it's been a longer wait for Star Wars then batman if you go from movie till now.
Marvel has other figures not released that have either been shown, or requested.
DC has gotten as much love as about everything. It has had less new source material to pull from so hot toys has reached further for dc product. But it's not hot toys fault that dc/WB is not making the new material that others are.
