I checked the electronics in my two DX13s and both batteries are dead I need to remove them if they decide to leak.

It's common to have issues with the belt, it rots easily along with the DX10. The outfit itself though, isn't leather and there doesn't seem to be any issues with it.

The pleather they use on all their figures in general can have peeling problems over time. It's best not to handle it too much. If you're the type who's constantly reposing and fussing with it, then there may be problems.

I've had a few belts disintegrate on me because I've done a lot of kitbashing over the years (not necessarily DX13 belts, but MMS117 and DX10). And it's a problem because as time has gone on replacements are harder to come by.

Congrats! One of my favorites. It will be tough deciding which way to display him. I ended up getting a second body and the needed parts to display both.
