No lazy eye in mine. Depends on how you position the pers. That's right, unlike the other custom heads the eyes can be moved. Big upgrade to the stock

It was the eyes that threw me off on the 1st picture, they were all over the place. Seeing it positioned right looks good, albeit maybe a bit too big. But still looks good
