A monster of a piece! I've had mine boxed up for a few months now, just took it out to check nothing was getting warped by having it on its side for so long (seemed fine). But you forget how big it is.

I've never been able to display it properly but one day...one day...

Congrat's....great deal. I too have mine still in a box and trying to find the room to display it. if anyone figures out the best way to display this in a small room . The current idea is with the table as in Geil's thread. Unfortunately you have to be handy and still have room . Good luck and again congrat's.

No you don't have to be very handy!! Find the table first... it will take time to hunt a good condition one down!

I display mine on top of my collection, in a Norden. (I just checked today, it seems Ikea does not make this anymore.) I think the cabinet was around $400 when I bought it, and really really heavy!

It is the best display cabinet! It is so deep and roomy for big displays. I just bought the firefight display from triad and plan to make one whole shelf dedicated to future terminator stuff. I wish they still sold these. I was planning to purchase one more. I need to check my local Ikea store.

Unfortunately since I don't have a box for the batpod and I am having troubling looking for the right housing ..I have decided to sell the batpod . The tumbler will stay with me. So if anyone is interested..pm me .

Toys2 has at least one Tumbler available for $1000 bucks (ouch!) Still cheaper than feebay prices.
