Damn! my first hot toys and its not compleat!:panic:
any way can you help me to remove the head to put the other? xD
thanks!

Grap onlt the top half of the figure and pull hard..it will pop off:)

Do not grap it around the waist .. as you will break the figure in half..there is a very weak joint under his abb plates.

Ok I'll try that... and yes the abbs joint is very weak... I saw a photo of it broken... I just hope the neck isnt weak too...
Thank you!

Don't wory about the neck, it's a good solid piece:), the neck should come off with the head when you pull, once you have that done it's easy to take the head off the neck and put on the second head on.

yeah just give it a good yank :D
Ones you have taken one off and realize the parts involved you will feel better about using force. It is a balljoint shafted into a rubber socket so trying to separate them is more difficult due to the "suction" your separation process creates

Am I the only one who purchased two copies of this figure?

I was not impressed by the earlier versions of Iron Man figures but War Machine is just so beautiful. I'll open one for display and keep the other MIB (not for profit however, maybe for trade in the future). When I saw this thing in person I was mesmerized by the detail and sheer awesomeness of this figure.

But hey, I'm a War Machine fan so I'm sure theres bias in that statement.:lol

This is what the Hot Toys Minigun can't do.

Ohh yes it worked! I was nervous and sweating when I did it… but it worked! Thank you! Looks awesome!:hi5:

So when I opened my War Machine up today, took out all the tape and found out the LED light for the neck joint doesn't work..argh!!!
I tried to open the battery box in the neck with a screw driver, but the back neck flap gets in the way. Does anyone have any success stories opening the battery box? Or know if this is an isolated issue?

^use a proper size philips head screw driver..... pop the neck out from the body (easy to do).... unscrew.

Speaking of batteries.... here's one from HT that burst opened (from WM)..

The negative cap popped out

I have a set of the small screwdrives for watches and other small screws, using them I have had no trouble with any Hot Toys battery compartment screws.

It's a matter of using the right tool for the right job.
