head painting help please

hello,
can anyone point me in the direction of hs painting tutorials or hints and tips. i have bought some headsculpts from lonnie at h2creative, some are the normal white resin [i have no problem with these ones] and some are in the flesh tint resin. i'm ok at painting the hs using airbrush to undercoat and then using pastels to tone along with oil paint and cosmetics to then add more tone and shadow. the question is really about how do i create a lifelike flesh on the flesh tinted ones without a disaster? anything would be of great help. thanks

Im not sure oils are the way to go tbh,

I asked a similar question 18+ months ago and there was resounding answer of Acrylics
