I've not heard of the Roswell APC. Out of curiosity, what is inaccurate about it? From the one image, it looks like it was based on the APC model built for the movie rather than the full-size APC; there were subtle differences between the two.

That's correct. Local retailers usually receive items 2-4 months after first release.
