Greivous 1:6th Someday??????

Brad L. asks - Just curious... Now that the Palpatine two-pack has been realized (very good job by the way), is there a chance of seeing an Episode VI Emperor Palpatine? I'm more of an original trilogy collector.

Anything is possible within the Star Wars 12-inch line, thanks to the tremendous collector support. We'll even take back what we had said previously about General Grievous...

If Sideshow carries further with their partnership with Hot Toys, I think a Grievous is assured. He'll cost four arms and a leg, though.

I love the Grievous PF. To have a 1:6 figure will be amazing.

A grievious 1/6 will be nearly the size of the PF.

Grievous is 7'1 which in 1:6 is about 14 1/2 inches. Hardly PF size.

He'd probably be easy to do, as far as getting the right sculpt. But I think if he was plastic it wouldn't be all that cool, it'd be nice if he was made of polystone/metal like the PF, but of course in 1/6th scale and posable.

The main issue would be trying to get it posable with being able to stand (although it would have the stand with it, but still).

Hell ya they are, and with fully articulated fingers in the endo, if HT works with SSC on Grievous, you know his hands will feature the same.

Wow, I was thinking this was just another wish thread... surprised (pleasantly) to hear Sideshow is now considering this guy. I think he'd make an awesome addition and a figure I'd be stoked to get.

But on the flipside, I hope this doesn't mean we'll be getting a Jar Jar

Hey, we all like what we like. I only said that earlier because when they said they'd never make Greivous they included Jar Jar on the "not to make" list
