Some like ratchet joints and some don't

They are bad cause they limit the position, like you cant move 'half' a click

But sometimes they are good for arms if the figure is holding something heavy (like Thors hammer ) It would have helped keep the pose

Cool little video man. For the jacket collar I'd suggest heating it up with a hair dryer then pressing down on it while it cools off to make it lay flat. I think that would work.
