I cant see James Hetfield in hip hop gear for some reason but you never know those guys have changed so much. I dont think for the better but crazy not to call Cliff the original bass player he WAS the original bass player. And cool as hell.

I am a bass player and Cliff certainly had better chops than Newstead, but Trujillio is a good player in his own right. The solo at the beginning of Anesthesia is amazing.
