I like to think Vader just sits in his Bacta tank all day thinking of dark side puns to use and when he goes back he's just like "Ah that was a good one". Honestly I don't mind it. It just goes to prove that Anakin isn't truly gone, there's still some humour and cheeky attitude in there.

I agree! Definitely told an amazing story and glad I listened to it before seeing Rogue One. It actually made Rogue One way more enjoyable.

Yeah, one major cringeworthy part for me... one line of the movie... ugh.
Oddly enough the "I rebel" line wasn't in the movie I noticed.

The I rebel line being cut was great. That irritated me when I first saw it in the trailer.

For the trailers, it served its purpose. I think cutting it from the film was the right call.
