My favorite Christmas movie is the 1951 version of A Christmas Carol.

My favorite Christmas special is the Garfield Christmas Special. I watched it every year growing up up to the point that they stopped showing it on tv. I was super happy when I found it on DVD a couple of years ago.

Christmas Story, Home Alone 1 and 2, and Elf. I prefer the second Home Alone because of Tim Curry. Haha.

I wanted to bump this thread in the spirit of the season. My favorite is still the 1951 version of A Christmas Carol with Alistair Sim.

Scheduled viewing:

Christmas Eve: It's a Wonderful Life
Christmas Day: Miracle on 34th St. (original)

During December, sprinkle 30+ movies at random intervals.

I'm a total loser for Christmas movies, I can't get enough of them. I even love watching the truly horrid ones they air on Hallmark and Lifetime.

Usually to get in the mood i watch Jingle All The Way, Its a wonderful life is always good and if you dont see atleast a few scenes from Its A Wonderful Life then you dont have cable.

1. Die Hard (always watch this late at night on Christmas Eve so it takes us into Christmas Day)
2. Home Alone
3. Elf

Bonus points to Christmas Vacation.
