Die Hard, Muppet Family Christmas, Emmit Otter's Jugband Christmas (OK, so not all technically movies), and a movie I've never seen but love nonetheless--Silent Night, Deadly Night 2, which I assume has some marginal connection to Christmas.

I don't know about all time fave...

But I know I need these every year

Christmas Vacation
Christmas Story

:rock

I love the Rankin/Bass stop motion films too, I have to they are engrained in me.

Beyond that, A Christmas Story, Nightmare before Christmas and Christmas Vacation all rank very high with me.

It's a Wonderful Life, hands down. A Christmas Story is a close second, with Christmas Vacation right there too.

These I have to watch every year:
- Scrooge (musical starring Albert Finney)
- Love Actually
- It's a Wonderful Life
