DC Direct Superman Clark Kent 13"

What are your thoughts about the DC Direct Superman Clark Kent 13" Deluxe Figure? I believe there were only 5,000 produced.

Is this figure considered rare and collectible?

Though some can be found for a hefty sum of money, it usually is a figure frowned upon by most collectors because it's 13" and not 12". So if your interest in it is just its collectible value, I'd pass.

That said, I have three of them and I love them. Sure, they are dated by today standards, but I think they're one of the best representation of Superman. So if your interest for it is because you are a Superman lover, then go for it, you won't regret it!

I got one when they came out and think it was a good figure for the time, plus I wanted a good 1/6 Superman.
I never got around to taking it out of the box.
Michael Crawford has a pretty good review on his site, I think.
