Definitely a minor character since the comic book line for Cloak and Dagger had its ups and downs. But it was one of the comics I read when I was younger, a friend or a cousin (can't remember which) gave me the early runs of this when I was younger because he didn't like them. It was some of the first comics I read so depending on the rest of the sculpt I could be down with this.
