If his back foot is flat to the ground then I like it a lot. I think it looks great overall, but I hate it when they pose these things with one weird foot.

Agreed.
While we're complaining I'd like to mention that I also don't like when they cover up one foot with fire or something else... like they did with the Jean Grey and Phoenix statues.
