Bf4 had a another patch and is running well on xb1. It may however go wrong again lol.

Man just enjoy them both :)

Yeah I've been having a great time playing B4 now that it's working. Think I'm going to have to go Premium. When playing MP I think the only map I'm not to keen on is the prison one, I don't hate it but I really like all the rest. I mainly play domination.

Ghosts I've got into it, I'm actually really enjoying it now after all that whining :lol
It'll never be my favourite of the series but I do really like it & I'm going to signup for Elite. It does make it better playing with friends now though, much better than playing as a lone wolf.
 
Anyone else played the new maps from the DLC yet? There all really good, I love Fog

Talk about save all the best maps for DLC & the Maverick is the best Assault Riffle on the game :lol

I was thinking of re buying premium for bf but lost connection twice i the last 2 days although it may be my connection. the dlc for this looks pretty decent. iv come close to getting it a few times but might wait until its below £30 on ebay as it shouldnt take to long now. You playing on ps4 ? not played the xb1 version yet.
 
I'm playing on XB1, they get DLC a month earlier than PS but also because I prefer the controller on Xbox for FPS's. I'm going to go Premium on BF as well in a week or 2. Really enjoying both games now which will keep me more than entertained until Titanfall hits :yess:

I played it on ps4 and it was decent and looked really sharp. I may get it but will hold out for a good price especially with titan so close. Beta out in a few weeks aswell. Cant wait for this one.
 
FINALLY got to sit down and play this, been sitting on my shelf since launch and never had time, WOW this has to be the best COD in my opinion, great campain!
 
So the time is coming for my to buy a next gen console.
You guys with both what would you recommend and have all the teething problems been ironed out?
As looking at comparisson on YouTube the xbox seems to have more colour and sharper detail , but in the flesh may look different.
 
Depends on what you are looking for. PS4 has 60fps with no jaggies (uh-smooth textures) and Xbox has 60fps with jaggies but has the DLC that comes out a month earlier. I have both but play on the PC and occasionally the PS4.
 
You cant really go wrong with either. xb1 on some games look sharper with the colors popping. Ps4 is running games at a slightly higher frame rate on some games. and higher res. For me, some ps4 games can look a bit washed out and some look awesome. xb1, some look quite in your face but slightly more jags.
In most cases, its slight which ever way you look at it.
If you were suited to one machine last time, the controller is a major factor and the ps4 pad is hugely improved and nearly as good as the xb1s although thats just my opinion. The rumble motors in the xb1 and the analog grip just edge it for me.
I went with xb1 first purely on games. Killer instinct junkie and forza fan and titanfall not far away although with EA involved, we might not get to play in online until they release 45 patches first.
Cod does look a bit better on ps4 although iv noticed frame rate drops here and there.
If you wanna be shallow and have a next gen console on show that looks really pretty , get a ps4. If you want a next gen console that is cool to turn on and off, pause... with your voice, go xb1.

Il be getting my ps4 probably Spring, summer time. Just waiting for the game that makes me go and get one.

Also my gamer score which I love.
But turning on with voice just sound irritating too me , halo is the biggest selling point for me though.
Yes Titan fall looks stunning but I will never spend money on an online only game.
What are jags? Please don't tell me that is referring to image tear?
 
You don't have to use the voice command, you can just turn it on with the controller.

Well last gen I leant towards xbox mainly because the online was better, the pad was way better and the 3rd party games looked and ran better on the 360 but in terms of visuals, thats down to the individual. I like the detailed color popping look as opposed to the softer natural look which I found with these machines. and, it seems to be similar this gen accept the ps4 is running 3rd party and its own games better ( max resolution and frame rate ) but some games to me look better on 1 machine, and some better on the other but ud have to really study them, pause them and have them side by side to tell.
The voice commands are actually great. Un pausing and pausing form another room is cool and powering my xbox up from my bed is brilliant. If you dont like kinnect, the dash is pretty rubbish and the ps4 is way better in terms of seeing and navigating with the controller.
If you by pass that lot as they both are very close and have pros and cons, it will again come down to games and which exclusives you prefer and what your friends are playing. Either way, you wont go wrong.
 
Does anyone know how to leave the last perk slot empty and still fill out the bonus perk slots when using the specialist strike package? If you watch this video this guy has a weird setup.
 
I *****ed about this game at first. I will say I do like the last two guns they added. They're quite balanced and work with my style of gameplay but I love the new maps (last two map packs). They're perfect sized and balanced for how CoD maps should be. Not sure why they had to put so many ****** maps out to start.
 
Played this for the 1st time in ages. Talk about rusty, my aim was terrible but I was still getting positive a K/D
 
I haven't played this one since probably December. Its the first CoD that I have no desire to play anymore after only a couple months. Maybe I'm finally over it hehe.
